Care between the visits
Continuity members, and anyone inside a program, can message the clinic and hear back. A Care as You Go visit does not include it.

Not every symptom needs a hormone test and not every woman needs a program. Knowing what to leave out is part of the job.

A comprehensive assessment, bloodwork where it is needed, and a body composition scan in clinic.
You leave with a plan
Written, in your patient portal, in plain language. Then a follow-up four to six weeks later to see how it is landing.
You choose how to continue
A visit when you need one, a yearly membership, or a full program. You can move between them later.

What it costs, before you book.
Everyone starts in the same place. What you do afterwards is your choice, and the assessment fee comes off whichever program you pick.
The Terra Assessment
A comprehensive nurse practitioner assessment, a body composition scan in clinic, a written plan in your patient portal, and a follow-up visit four to six weeks later.
Credited in full toward a program if you join within 60 days.
Terra 360 Vitality
4 months, 5 visits, the first of them your assessment
- Hormone therapy, managed and adjusted

- 3 body composition scans, labs at three points
- Check-ins every two weeks

After your assessment credit: $1,400, or four payments of $350.
Terra Metabolic
6 months, 7 visits, for weight and metabolic health

Prices in effect from 1 November 2026. Medication is billed separately by your pharmacy. HST extra where it applies. Private workplace insurance sometimes covers nurse practitioner visits, but not always. We do not direct bill, and we give you a receipt to submit. A health spending account may also cover it.
