Terra Medical Aesthetics + Wellness was established in 2024. It was founded by Nurse Practitioner, Marie Powell. Our mission is to ensure patients have a go-to clinic for all things wellness. We provide safe, compassionate care in an environment where you can feel comfortable. Our aim is to empower you to boost your self confidence and feel good about the skin you are in by offering a range of medical aesthetic services, skin treatments and comprehensive weight and menopause management program. We also sell Vivier pharmacare to ensure you have the right products post treatment and for everyday use to meet your skin care goals. We hope to see you soon!
Marie Powell is a Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Terra Medical Aesthetics + Wellness, established in 2024 in Paradise, NL — Newfoundland and Labrador's first integrated midlife metabolic clinic.
Marie is one of only three MSCP-certified menopause practitioners in Newfoundland and Labrador, a certification through The Menopause Society that reflects specialized training in evidence-based menopause and perimenopause care. She is also a member of The Menopause Society and holds certifications through Obesity Canada, bringing more than six years of experience in surgical weight management programs to her work with midlife patients today.
That combination of hormone health expertise and obesity medicine training, is why Terra 360 Vitality treats weight, metabolism, and hormonal change as one connected picture instead of separate problems.
