At Terra, we understand those basic tools don’t tell the full story. That’s why we use body composition scanning to provide a more accurate and personalized picture of your health. With over 40 data points, our scanner looks beyond weight to assess your progress—including muscle mass, fat mass, hydration, and visceral fat (the deeper fat stored around your organs).
We also use your individual metabolic rate from the scan to create customized macronutrient targets, taking the guesswork out of your nutrition plan.
Each scan is typically $75, but they’re included in all of our Terra360 programs and menopause appointments. You’ll also receive free access to the Evolt Active app so you can track your progress, set goals, and gain valuable health insights along the way.
